PASTOR ELI SMITH

​

Pastor Eli Smith is  a native of Birmingham, Alabama, a man of God who was led at an early age to motivate and inspire generations of people.

 

He accepted Christ at the age of 17, and was a faithful member of the Jesus Temple in Montevallo, Alabama. 

 

Pastor Eli Smith graduated from Spain Park High School, as a student athlete. He then continued his education and athletic career as a football player at the University of South Alabama where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. He also obtained a Doctorate in Theology, at Alabama Theological Seminary. 

 

Pastor Eli Smith is no stranger to public service. He serves as a Birmingham police officer. Being apart of change is a passion of Pastor Eli Smith. He serves as a police officer in one of the communities he lived in as a child.

 

Serving in the Eastlake community, as a police officer and Senior Pastor of a church plant,  House of Miracles Christian Church, is life coming full circle and all thing working together to glorify God.

 

Pastor Eli Smith has 3 siblings Yolanda, Jeremiah and Elijah, who is his twin brother. His parents are Jeremiah Smith Sr., and Michelle Cole. 

 

As a sower goes forth to sow, he has an anointing that allows him to minister to those in need of healing of the mind, body, and soul. With such a great calling to fulfill, he finds time to visit the sick, make calls to members, conduct bible study and baptismal classes, and spend time studying God’s word.  

 

He is supported in ministry by his wife, Chundra and their 4 children Kobe, Kaylm, Kristian and Rylee.

 

His ultimate desire is to see people fully embrace God’s love and to walk in victory and power while experiencing the fullness of God’s promises.
